We prepare the mandatory employment agreements for the employer taking the guess work out of getting it right and making sure they are tailored to the needs of your business / organisation and ensuring they are compliant with current legislation. In New Zealand every employee must have a written employment agreement (employment contract). Failure to have an agreement / contract has attracted penalties in excess of $3000.

A vital part of our services is our advisory helpline where employers talk to a specialist and we can help the employer avert the risk of making costly mistakes in both time and money. Our people are experienced practitioners and we have worked in all manner of employment matters, restructuring, union negotiations, non performance, termination, disputes and grievances, health and safety and many more. Our Helpline is further supported by a practicing employment barrister.
